Chris is an accomplished media veteran and serial entrepreneur who has established himself as a pioneer in the social media marketing industry. He previously founded Splash Media, the largest social media agency serving the middle markets in the US, and ran his own video and film production company.
For the last 20 years, Tim has been building digital products, games, platforms, and businesses for himself and others. His clients have included Hasbro, Lucas Arts, Jim Henson, PBS, Mattel, Mary Kay and Marvel. He excels in aligning companies’ product, technical, and business teams.

Marc’s ability to see what lies ahead and innovate enables him to develop and transform businesses through the integration of digital and broadcast media. He has held executive positions with Nexstar Media Group, Match.com, AOL, Yahoo!, Broadcast.com and Belo Broadcasting.
Tom has worked in digital and traditional newsrooms as an editor, reporter, and video producer. He enjoys start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures requiring flexibility and rapid iteration. He has worked for AOL, Yahoo!, Broadcast.com, The Dallas Morning News, and cofounded two digital media companies.
Larry Weber is an American entrepreneur and globally-known expert in public relations and marketing services. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Racepoint Global, an advanced marketing services agency.
Harry T. Hawks
Harry has extensive media, technology, and education experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, investor and advisor. He is a Partner at Interlock Partners, a technology focused venture capital firm, and serves on the board of VidMob, an online video production company serving social media platforms, agencies, brands and publishers.
Bart Feder, Tribune Broadcasting’s Senior Vice President of News, is responsible for overseeing all news operations and news production for Tribune’s 42 owned or operated stations. With over 25 years of experience in television newsrooms, Feder most recently spent five years at CNN.
Joseph has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FOX Television Stations since February 2015. Prior to that, he spent 13 years serving in various executive roles within 21st Century Fox, Inc. and spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC. Dorrego received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salisbury University in Maryland and his MBA from New York University.
Robert Michelson has over 24 years of senior leadership experience in technology-driven business-to-business companies. He received a B.S. degree in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University and sits on the boards of several education-focused non-profit companies.
Dr. Seth Geiger directs the development of strategic research partnerships and oversees research innovation and product development at SmithGeiger, the leading market research and consulting firm in the broadcast media industry. Dr. Geiger holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in Communication Research from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Cornell University.
