WESH’s main Page was the No. 2 Page in the market, generating about 575,000 engagements and an 18.11 Share, narrowly beating out WFTV’s Page. However, WFTV had three of the top four individuals in the market on Facebook, including meteorologist Brian Shields, anchor Jorge Estevez, and anchor/reporter Nancy Alvarez, along with the top sub-brand on Facebook in WFTV Weather. Those Pages helped push WFTV ahead in the station rankings on Facebook. Shields, in particular, had a big month. He generated more than 133,000 engagements on his Page and averaged more than 1,000 engagements per post on the platform. WOFL reporter Derrol Nail had a huge jump up to third in the individual Facebook rankings in the Orlando market in the last month after he generated more than 51,000 engagements in the last 30 days.

On Twitter, WFTV led the way with a 35.2 group Share, followed by WESH with a 33.4 group Share and WOFL with a 22.8 group Share. WESH’s primary account was the only Twitter account in the market with a double-digit Share score (16.89) thanks to a strong month. On Instagram, WFTV had a firm lead in the Orlando market with a 53.1 group Share. They were followed by WOFL with a 26.6 Share and WESH with a 12.2 Share. She averaged about 400 engagements per post in that time and has more than 12,000 Instagram followers. In fact, seven of the top eight Instagram accounts in the Orlando market belonged to individuals rather than station accounts, which is a rarity.
